Emily Roynesdal received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Drake University in August of 2000. Her education concentrated on developing technique in both two- and three-dimensional work and this has continued to influence her work throughout her career. She has worked in Chicago and New York and is currently a resident artist at the Boulder Creative Collective.
